The location in a nice enough area was great and reasonable and there were a small shopping mall and a market nearby. Everybody was good. The unit we got was particularly good with an AC, double beds, very humid air.

luxtury and cleaness of the room, although not worthing the huge amount of money
food is not 5 stars standared, few options for the breakfast, other resturants at the hotel serves average to poor quality of food, multi charges of credite cards that needs time to figure out how much they took.

The booking I have done along with the price rate was according to Booked.net should be for a Nile view with 2 King size beds, but when I arrived the hotel, they were not honest and gave me a small room with on bed and no Nile view, they claimed that their rooms are all Nile view, but in reality they are not and they said the reception staff in the hotel that the only real full Nile view is the suite only. After many discussions and waiting for many hours, and under pressure, the front office manager accepted to change the room with another room, but without complying with the specs I chose through the Booked.net For sure I will not go back to this hotel. I hope that responsible of Booked.net will take the necessary action.

Location
Very Very expensive rate compared to service. Toilets need serious Maintenance. Internatet rate was the highest (18$/ hour). Nile Fairmont was more luxurious and Cheaper. Food was not worthy of the level of 5 Stars.

Staff is very friendly, hotel is classy, rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast hall is really nice
Location. Compared to some other 5 star hotels overlooking the Nile in Cairo, the area surrounding the hotel is quite poor in terms of appearance and attractions. The nearby Arkadia Mall and the World Trade Centre malls have shut down, and there are no nice supermarkets in the area;however, there is a small shabby grocery store in the poor area behind, and a nice small mall in the "Nile City Towers" 15 mins walk away down the road.

The staff was notably rude, tarnishing what could have been an enjoyable stay. The room's cleanliness and picturesque Nile view provided a pleasant escape amid the frustrations.

Really good hotel. Seems like if everything has just been renovated.
The concierge seems like if he was only travelling for the limousine company outside the hotel, seemed kind of biassed. No usefull advices, just attemps to sell the limo's services, that isn't helpfull if you comme to Cairo just for tourism.

The hotel was in a great location.
Checkin was very poor as the lady did not speak clearly. I ask her to repeat herself which she did. I then explained to her that she was very quietly spoken in front of her collague and also stated again that I did not catch all of what she said. Her collague did NOT offer any assistance.
